This HIA award winning beautiful family home was built in 1864. Having had many alterations since then the current owners asked Rylo Co to bring Seaview into the 21st century. This one holds a special place in our hearts. It was a privilege to work on Seaview, and her floor plan, specifications and interiors. She received the FULL Rylo Co treatment, Ry even breaking his hand during the build getting her just right.
